AzCASE Studies Purchase: All cancellations must be made in writing via email to info@azafterschool.org. Purchasing business or organization is responsible for and agrees to pay for all seats purchased by any member of their staff regardless of how many seats are used. AzCASE’s expenditures are based on seat sales. All seat sales are liable for all related fees, including payments that have not yet been received by AzCASE. All outstanding invoices owed to AzCASE must be paid in full to gain admittance to AzCASE Studies. Please note invoices not paid in full after 60 days from invoice date will be subject to a 3% late fee assessed for each 30 days the payment is late. Refunds are available, and less monies spent if you cancel enrollment within 14 days of your initial purchase. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after 14^th day of initial purchase. If any class sessions were attended, this purchase is no longer eligible for a refund.
